Changing Places
This website has been created so we can journal our adventures in our 5th Wheel as we travel around NZ.
This interest started in January 2007 when we were touring the South Island with friends on our BMW Motorbike. We came across a 5th Wheel in a sunny lay by
and became interested. Since then we have researched and researched many 5th Wheels and spent a lot of time "just looking".
In May 2009 we came across the circus in Taupo and a number of 5th Wheels.
Here we met the very man himself, Ian, who started the 5th Wheel Group a few years earlier. How wonderful for us was that!
We learnt there was to be a rally in Kawerau the very next month for the 5th Wheel Group.
We had the pleasure of attending this rally and we were made so very welcome.
We learnt so much, loved everyone, joined the group, and went to another rally in January 2010.
February 2010 we ordered our own 5th Wheel, which we collected from Tauranga in July. This is where our blog begins, this is our journey.
